With the great number of places one can visit in the United States, one which stands out when it comes to providing a place to be one with nature is Blue Ridge, Georgia. It offers a place nature lovers would surely embrace thus the number of people visiting and even staying in Blue Ridge increases year after year.
But surely, some people would wonder what it is like to visit the place and what one can do while there. Just like other major vacation destinations, Blue Ridge not only offers a beautiful place but also gives visitors a lot of ideas for fun activity.
One such activity is day trip around the beautiful country. One can take advantage of the shuttle bus trip to the top of the Brasstown Bald, the tallest mountain in Georgia. At the top of the said mountain, one can see four states on a clear day.
Apart from that, when one gets weary from searching for Blue Ridge cabins for sale, one can visit the North Georgia Wineries for a day of wine testing. Surely, such a trip would be a bonus for grownups who know their wines.
For music lovers, there’s the Pickin’ in the Park. Along the Toccoa River at Ron Henry-Horseshoe Bend River Park in McCaysville, Georgia, a wide variety of music is played for guests every Thursday between the months of May and September. People who love jazz and blues would no doubt find this event an exciting one.
For thrill seekers, there are a lot of ATV trails in the area. In the Fannin County, there are many back roads on which one can drive around on ATVs. The combination of these activities and a lot more easily makes Blue Ridge a haven for people looking for somewhere to spend their vacation.
